This is a diverse role that will keep you on your toes, embracing both customer service at a close contact perspective via phone, email and social media.
You will answer incoming calls relating to orders or enquiries regarding the status of orders. The highest level of contact is via email so we require a person with exceptional administration skills and calmness under pressure to manage large volumes of communication between customers, our Warehouse Manager and our courier companies. You will also be managing our social media enquiries via Facebook Messenger.
Our goal is to consistently deliver an honest and deliberate customer experience so service and all it implies comes naturally to you. You are an exceptional communicator, driven to provide an exceptionally personalised service to our clients. You have strong administration experience, love liaising with customers and delivering a memorable experience.
