With experience working in high energy environments you’ll understand the importance of a level- headed, calm and thoughtful approach to your work. Working closely with the kitchen management team you’ll have a positive attitude, pride in your work and quality in your output.
- Maintain hygiene standards in all food preparation areas
- Storage and maintenance of all chinaware, glassware, silverware, kitchen hardware and other operational related items
- Stacking dishwashers, cleaning fridges and floors, removing rubbish and other ad hoc kitchen duties
- Supply clean dishes and equipment to the kitchen and front of house teams
This is an entry-level position, however, previous experience working in hospitality would be a bonus. We are most keen to hear from candidates who are hardworking, reliable and have a great attitude. Good communication skills are key.
