As the Business Development Team Lead this role involves a mixture of people leadership and hands-on BDR responsibilities. The primary function of this team is to create high quality qualified sales leads and opportunities through outbound activities with the goal to build Fergus’ revenue stream. You will be leading by example and reaching company sales targets and KPIs by doing, guiding and motivating the BDR team.
