Business Development Representative

Our BDR team at Fergus is so integral to our growth - we place huge importance on this team and have a great commission structure to prove it. You are the lifeline to Tradespeople who don't already use Fergus! Be the one to introduce them to our outstanding job management platform via outbound callling and change their lives.

Our Head of Revenue, along with the rest of the sales team will provide full support and you will be set up for success with full training, clear goals, KPIs and a supercharged commission structure. Take charge of your leads, qualify them and set up the sales pipeline for our Account Managers to convert - we will incentivise you at every step.

Requirements:
