Over the past year, Atomic has experienced rapid growth in New Zealand bringing most of New Zealand’s iconic brands on the platform. Australia is our next area of focus. It’s critical to our growth that we bring a motivated, focused, and performance oriented SDR onto our sales team to help drive our growth in Australia.

So what does a day in the life of an Atomic SDR look like?  We train and develop career-minded SDRs to collaborate with strategic visionaries within our target organisations.   It’s not as simple as cold calling decision makers.  Covid has changed the way we work. It’s also changed the way people buy. It takes a group consensus to buy technology, so we work as a team to sell technology.

We leverage phone, email and social media to target professionals with very specific business challenges. We’re looking for lifelong learners that thrive in a collaborative team environment and enjoy cracking the code on complex business challenges.

Our goal is to have the very best SDR team in SaaS. A lot of companies will say similar things, but we mean it. Why? Because awareness and opportunity comes to life with our SDR team.  We are grateful to be selling a truly disruptive product in an exponentially growing market, so we expect that each of our SDRs are both pumped by the opportunity and are accountable to the highest standards of excellence.

 
As a Sales Development Representative at Atomic you will:
  • Collaborate with, and be part of, an experienced Sales Team.
  • Understand and convey Atomic’s mission, value proposition, and product offering.
  • Research target accounts and key stakeholders.
  • Manage and execute on inbound leads.
  • Drive traffic to strategic field marketing events.
  • Travel to and participate in trade shows and user conferences.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop written and verbal communication skills.
  • Execute on a multi-threaded sales strategy into enterprise organisations.

  • Prior experience excelling in a call centre/telesales role.
