Senior Customer Success Manager - Growth

As our Senior Customer Success Manager - Growth you will be responsible for managing the post-adoption relationship of our cloud based job management software. You will be responsible for shaping the way our customers move through their journey with Fergus, optimising growth opportunities, maintaining engagement and mitigating risk to ensure we continue to meet our retention and growth targets.

You will partner with our wider Success and Product teams to continually look for ways to streamline our processes, identify and remove any barriers that exist which impact our customers ability to successfully use the platform and ultimately drive increased advocacy.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-focused role with demonstrable success and hands-on experience in a customer relationship role in the software industry.
  • Successful track record of achieving growth and retention targets.
  • Capable of taking the initiative and owning your space to drive exceptional experiences for our customers.
  • Competent with technology - knowledge of SaaS and cloud-based products
  • A natural with customers, with a drive to develop excellent relationships.
