Customer Support Specialist

We’re looking for a driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team based in Auckland. You will be someone who can understand our customer, empathise with their pain points, and assist them in their journey with Fergus. You are the glue that keeps the product and client together through exceptional technical facilitation and customer rapport.

This role could be a fantastic stepping-stone within a tech environment that spans the globe, and if you're our successful applicant, we'll provide you with all the information and training required. Requirements:

Things which will help you succeed in this role:

  • You will have experience ideally in a software environment
  • Focus on providing second to none Customer Support
  • You’ll be competent with technology
  • Patient and cheerful by nature, you'll be adaptable with handling a range of different personalities that you’ll encounter
  • Confident telephone manner, and the ability to develop excellent customer relationships
  • Knowledge of software or hardware technologies a definite bonus
