Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and implementation partners on ideation, development priorities, and release planning
  • Work directly with Sales and Partners to communicate the business value of product features and capabilities
  • Act as a product champion externally and internally
  • Identify, track and report on key metrics to drive future product development
  • Strong sense of ownership around Product and Business outcomes
  • The ability to ruthlessly prioritize and a strong bias for action
  • The ability to learn quickly combined with an insatiable curiosity about customer and market needs
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Has experience navigating ambiguity and change with enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Strong quantitative orientation a must; uses data and metrics to make sound product decisions but also understands how to collect and leverage qualitative feedback
  • Demonstrated ability to learn multiple functional areas of business – engineering, design, finance, sales, or marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgement to assess risks, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
  • Proven ability to engage with other members of the product team, engineers, designers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years working on SaaS technology-powered products as either a product manager, product designer, engineer, data analyst, data scientist, or user researcher. B2B product experience a bonus!
