Digital Marketing Manager

About the role:

We are looking for an exceptional digital marketer to join the ArchiPro team and play a significant role in driving the next phase of growth. You will have proven success in creating digital marketing strategy & its execution across multiple channels and markets. You will thrive in an environment where you can make the role your own.

Responsibilities, you'll have the ability to:

  • Plan, manage, and optimise paid marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, such as Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Video, consistently optimising these to deliver better results for ArchiPro and our clients
  • Work with our internal Marketing team to deliver channel best-practices and process optimisations; partnering with Product Marketing Managers, Content Managers and Designers to find creative ways to promote product launches, content, events and other marketing campaigns
  • Work with our Data & SEO teams to continually improve our reporting and measurement capabilities across digital marketing; and to uncover opportunities, trends, and insights
  • Manage our product feeds and run campaigns including Ecommerce specific campaigns across channels like Google Shopping and Paid Social
  • Create and maintain dashboards in tools such as Google Data Studio, Google Sheets and HubSpot for the wider marketing team to use and reference
  • Keep on top of emerging channels, trends and tactics in the performance marketing space, ensuring that the ArchiPro brand is communicated at a high standard through all performance marketing activities!
About you, you'll have:
  • Solid working experience being a digital guru within Marketing teams including 6+ years of digital marketing experience with 4+ years in a paid specific role; and deep knowledge of Facebook & Instagram ads;
  • Experience managing Google ads, including Google Shopping; and managing Google Analytics (GA4 ideally), Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio;
  • Confidence managing large product catalogues, and running Ecommerce campaigns across multiple channels;
  • The ability to be flexible, agile and can work on a variety of projects at once;
  • A growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement;
  • Proven ability to clearly report on performance, and clearly articulate what you’re working on and why; and
  • Navigated giving strategic digital marketing advice to key stakeholders including Founders
