The Opportunity 

Our marketing department is central to the ongoing success of Onside and continues to play a critical role in enabling us to reach our ambition to power the world’s biosecurity. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a great team, a great company, with an awesome culture.

You are a curious, data-driven and hands-on digital marketer who will own our digital channels, build demand and generate engaged and educated leads. You’ll have a successful background in building, executing and optimising digital campaigns in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. You’re not afraid to get stuck in,  test new approaches and make data-driven decisions

What you will do:

• Define and execute the omnichannel digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the Head of Marketing 
• Regularly report on digital marketing performance and the impact on key business metrics 
• Build and manage all search and social PPC programs including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, plus display, programmatic and native campaigns 
• Test, optimise and refine channels where necessary to hit growth targets, and ensure that performance attribution tracking is accurate 
• Partner with sales to continually feed back on the quality of leads and iterate targeting or approach where necessary 
• Lead the end-to-end creation of digital campaign assets across the customer journey including ad copy, creative, landing pages and EDMs
• Manage the digital marketing budget to drive efficiencies and ROI
• Partner with the Content Marketing Manager to deliver the content marketing strategy, with a key focus on SEO, to ensure organic and paid channels work in harmony 
• Collaborate closely with product, sales and other key stakeholders to deliver targeted campaigns that drive tangible business outcomes 
• Continually build your knowledge of digital marketing best practices and industry trends
• Develop a deep understanding of the agriculture sector, competitive positioning, brand messaging and customer pain points and behaviours 

The skills and experience you will bring:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in marketing or similar
• 5+ years digital marketing experience across multiple geographic markets, audiences and product types
• Proven track record delivering growth in a fast growing SaaS company
• Deep knowledge of digital marketing (SEM and SEO), analytics and data insights best practices 
• Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console and Facebook Ads 
• Solid understanding of content marketing strategy and tactics 
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills and ability to work with a dispersed team 
• High degree of initiative, resourcefulness and accountability
