The Role
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join our Team. You will take ownership over the general ledger and supporting schedules and reconciliations. Being hands-on and task orientated, this role is responsible for supporting a range of financial and administration functions within the international finance team. Working closely with members of the international finance team to ensure the trial balances of multiple companies (including foreign companies) are accurate and complete. You will report into the Senior Finance Manager ANZ & SEA.
The nature of this role will require developing a deep understanding of Bentley’s business and local rules and regulations. The successful candidate is an ambitious person and team player alike, has a solid accounting background, experience in an international context, is experienced with control requirements of publicly traded companies, has a basic understanding of financial reporting (US GAAP and IFRS), brings strong interpersonal and communication skills, and will enjoy working in the multicultural environment of a global tech leader.
