About the role

You will play a key role in helping the business gain a deeper understanding of our own and our customers’ digital behaviours, providing insight and identifying opportunities to improve the digital experiences and inform our next generation of products.

• Using data driven insight and evidence you’ll tell stories that support continuous improvement
• Design and build dashboards, present regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders and product teams.
• Analyse customer journeys and help define task funnels to identify the largest opportunities for improvement and present evidence and insights to support.
• You’ll champion the use of data and analytics to remove confirmation bias from decision making.
• Partner with the UX team to define and implement customer satisfaction measures, metrics, and reports

   About you       

• You love and are known for your strong problem-solving skills and getting things done.
• You’re a self-starter, with the ability to navigate your way in a fast paced, changing environment.
• Your natural collaboration style will enable you to work well across the business.

Technical skills:

• You have 3 – 5 years’ experience in digital analysis, in particular digital performance.
• You can confidently query structured and unstructured datasets, define the tracking and measurement of key lead and lag indicators, goals and events
• Hands-on experience with best practice digital techniques including digital analytics, A/B and multivariate testing, BETA group analysis, and conversion rate optimisation
• Proven knowledge of Google Analytics. Knowledge of Pendo and Hotjar would be advantageous
