Delivery Lead / Agile Project Manager

The Delivery Lead plays a key role in the heart of our Product, Design and Engineering teams. They enable overall delivery success by working with the teams’ Product Owner and Lead Engineer to ensure team high performance delivery and amazing outcomes. You'll get to work on exciting projects with exposure to Android, back and font end, AI, machine learning and more.

This role will suit an energetic, people focused agile delivery lead who performs well in a diverse, fast paced and complex environment, where proactive communication is fundamental.

You will build strong relationships with both your immediate teams and the key stakeholders in the wider business, ensuring clear communication across dependencies, milestones, scope, and team concerns. You will foster the team culture, celebrating success, supporting through challenges, and always looking to improve as a team in what we do and how we do it.

Requirements

3-5 years' experience in a delivery management or similar delivery role.
Strong at relationship building and collaboration.
Excellent communication - written, verbal, and presentation.

Experience across the digital product lifecycle, from ideation through to operations (incl. planning, delivery management and governance).
Experienced in agile software development methodologies with practical experience in both larger businesses and start-up environments.
The ability to empower the team to deliver on outcomes while also being sufficiently involved in the delivery that you can identify the corrections that may need to occur in process/approach to improve effectiveness.
Cultivate innovation, contributing to a new and better way for EROAD.
Calm under pressure, pragmatic and level-headed.

Both team player and self-motivated/self-managing.
Hard working, high tolerance for change, keen to both learn and help others.
