National Account Manager

Who we’re looking for:

The purpose of this new role is to grow Flux’s client book in volume and value, while empowering clients to succeed in the electric economy. Working with our talented team and partners in your local market, you will champion Flux’s products, and in doing so win business from existing and new clients. To succeed in this role you must be skilled at both relationship management and delivering commercial outcomes. You'll have experience in software or technology sales, with a proven record of exceeding sales quotas.

What you will bring: 

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in software or technology sales, with a proven record of meeting sales quota.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. You need to be able to mediate and persuade.
  • High degree of initiative and accountability. You must be a self-starter who also understands their role in a team, and the criticality of communicating well and following processes.
  • Strategic and tactical. You can identify opportunities and know how and when to pitch them. You grow the value of existing accounts by balancing strategic partnership with sales drive.
  • Quick and eager learner, wanting and able to understand the Flux product and product-market fit quickly, and be constantly building your knowledge of our clients businesses and the rapidly changing energy sector.
  • Always acts with integrity, seeking good outcomes for Flux and its clients. Understands the importance of reputation.
  • Positive, energetic and driven, with a strong growth-mindset, collaborative working style and great sense of humour.
  • Ideally you will have had exposure to high growth, fast paced environments and thrive working in these settings.
