Right so we're looking for a fair bit of technical experience here. We don't measure that in years but as our Senior Backend Developer you'll need to know your stuff.
ezyVet.com, our main application is a single page webapp built and maintained on PHP. React, TypeScript and Redux Front-end and PHP with Laravel 7.x for our APIs. Going onto the platform, we use MySQL 8 for our databases and our servers are all managed through AWS. For example, using Redis, DynamoDB, Lambda and Step Functions to provide unique solutions for our applications and internal systems.
So, what’s your mission?
You'll work with our Dev Managers, Architects and Product Owners, acting as the advocate for code quality across the global development team. Helping scope the technical requirements for projects and converting into structures that the rest of the teams can follow. As the team press forward through the sprint, you are there to help coach on the best practices, pushing the code along through peer programming and code review sessions. We're looking for a level of technical proficiency that will help our teams skill scale as we too grow as a company.
