Our major use case is in financial services, banking and lending where we help our clients collect loan documents. However, we are also used across university enrollments, legal, accounting, HR, and many other verticals.

The Job 

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to collaborate and work with other team members to facilitate and execute on a number of time-sensitive marketing initiatives. This newly created role is pivotal in designing, creating and implementing a wide range of marketing initiatives that will directly impact business goals. Working for a highly skilled marketing leader with global experience, you will have the opportunity to continue to develop and refine your skills. 

We currently operate a hybrid working environment and work 2 in-office days with the rest WFH.   

The Role:

With big goals over the next year, our marketing team is looking for an ambitious Marketing Specialist to help our growth during this exciting time. 

This hugely varied role will see you work across a range of channels, ensuring we attract, engage and delight our users at each stage of their journey. You’ll get hands-on with creating content, driving email campaigns, managing social media and so much more, while keeping in mind how this activity is affecting our users and seeking opportunities to improve each stage within the funnel.

You will be responsible for:

  • Draft and launch singular email efforts and automated email campaigns
  • Develop and launch blog titles, topics and outlines based on your understanding of keywords and persona needs
  • Manage social media accounts, scheduling social media activity and engaging with notifications
  • Project Managing across departments, setting deadlines, keeping initiatives on track and ensuring team members keep accountable
  • Drive your own initiatives as you develop your understanding and turn your ideas into actionable next steps
  • Contribute to monthly reports and review cross channel performance
  • Own reporting on performance of landing pages, CTAs and blog posts 
  • Seek opportunities to optimise existing campaigns to improve performance 

About You

  • You’ve previously demonstrated working in a fast-pace environment with an understanding of lifecycle marketing 
  • A comfortable stakeholder manager, able to keep projects on track from inception through to delivery
  • 2+ years experience in a similar setting 
  • You’re high-energy, resilient, and professional.  Our clients are complex organisations and you’ll need to be comfortable operating at an executive level and managing multi-stakeholder approaches.
  • You are an awesome human – down to earth, approachable and an exceptional communicator that is high on integrity 
  • Passionate about contributing positively to continue to build our epic team culture
  • Results oriented, drive for achievement
  • A self-starter with excellent time management skills who can prioritise, organise, and stay on target with multiple calling lists and daily tasks
