This role

As the Outbound Sales Specialist for our Enterprise Team, you will be a key player in supporting our sales and marketing departments. We are looking for a proactive team player who can create and maintain sales collateral, pitch presentations, and process documentation, and work with the sales team to manage change, spearhead new initiatives, and support the prospecting process from lead generation to outreach.

You'll work in a dynamic, high-energy, and diverse environment with exciting challenges and responsibilities that contribute to the overall success of our sales and marketing efforts.

What will you do

As an Outbound Sales Specialist, you will work closely with both teams to drive growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute lead generation campaigns and programs.

  • Supporting the sales team by preparing and maintaining sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

  • Assisting with the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.

  • Helping to plan and execute marketing events such as webinars, trade shows, and conferences.

  • Tracking and reporting on marketing and sales metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and customer engagement via Hubspot CRM.

  • Working with internal teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.

 

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years experience in demand development, lead generation, marketing, or sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.

  • Automotive parts knowledge is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to explain complex issues clearly.

  • A track record of coordinating marketing functions, including the preparation and maintenance of sales material.

  • The ability to assist sales functions, including prospecting and lead research.

  • A positive attitude, resilience, and demonstrated ability to be extremely detail-oriented.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent listening skills.

  • The ability to develop rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships.

  • Self-motivation, persistence, and the ability to work independently.
