The opportunity
We are on the hunt for an experienced Graphic Designer to help bring Kami’s colourful and creative brand to life. That means you’ll play a key role from the start to finish of creative projects, partnering closely with marketing, sales, and product teams as well as our other amazing creatives. You’ll have the opportunity to ideate, create, and deliver a wide variety of creative assets and campaigns across social, web, display, video and more.

What you’ll do
- Develop ideas and design solutions from concept to completion across many mediums such as digital media, social, video, events, merchandise, website, blogs, emails, and much more
- Work creatively within brand guidelines and maintain brand integrity by regulating use of our logos, messaging, imagery, and design practises
- Research competitors, trends, best practices, design inspiration, and consider how creative design can contribute to solving user and business challenges
- Work collaboratively both cross-functionally and with other designers, ideating creative design solutions to solve challenges
- Be actively involved in the art direction and research of marketing campaigns and materials
- Consistently look for design and messaging growth opportunities
- Manage creative projects through the entire lifecycle including planning, creative, production, and delivery
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience is a bonus but not essential)
- Demonstrated compositional and typographical skills
- Experience developing landing pages or websites
- High level of proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience using Figma (a bonus but not essential)
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work creatively within brand guidelines
- Receptive to feedback and opportunities for growth
- Demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to changes. Kami is an agile and fast paced workplace and we are always looking for new ways to do things

- The ability to work to tight deadlines and execute urgent briefs
