Thematic is a SaaS platform for customer feedback analysis, powered by the latest AI algorithms. Our goal is to empower companies to get clear and accurate insights from customer feedback in a fast and effortless way. We work with the likes of Google, LinkedIn, Atlassian and Doordash (just to name a few). Our users are researchers, analysts and product operations people. By getting a faster understanding of customer needs, our customers improve their customer metrics, and grow faster. With you, we can take our product to the next level.

We've been around since 2017 and are a fully remote team of 20+. Our R&D happens in New Zealand, our sales focus has been mainly in the US. We use modern tools like Slack, Jira and Zoom for communication and collaboration. We strive to minimize meetings, and dedicate time to build a diverse and inclusive company culture. We are well funded (YCombinator, AirTree) and profitable.

Requirements

A successful Senior Frontend Developer at Thematic will work alongside other engineers improving our company's current and future projects. This includes:

Ensuring automated testing and CI/CD is helping us ship safely and efficiently
Developing and improving features and data visualizations for out main web application
Validating and iterating on projects, making sure they are delivering what our users and customers will be delighted by
Collaborating closely with fellow team members to achieve company & team goals
Helping to decide on both the technical and product roadmaps, and helping us balance the two
Working with others across Thematic (Marketing & customer success) to help them deliver value to customers in new and exciting ways
Helping other engineers on the team

You'll have a base salary of $80,000-$120,000 per year (negotiable, and depends on level of experience), plus employee stock options.

You'll work remotely in comfort. We'll pay $400 per month towards a private or a shared office space (tax free)
