As a Senior Integrations Engineer you'll own, lead and deliver EDI and 3PL integrations between Cin7 customers and external trading partners. You'll be part of a high performing team where no two days are the same you'll have the opportunity to make significant improvements which will benefit our global customers. 

 

Within this role you'll be focusing on Development Tasks, as well as prioritising issues and collaborating across other parts of the business. This role will suit someone who enjoys mentoring the team as well as leading improvements.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Complete scoping and information gathering from customer and trading partners required to deliver the project
• Mapping/Development: Liaise with Engineers to lead development of new maps
• Integration Configuration: Setup and configuration of Cin7 integrations (minimum of 5 per month)
• Compliance: Liaise with customer and trading partners to lead testing of integration projects
• Go-live: Train customer, plan, prepare and execute go live procedures for integrations projects
• Over the course of a project, and for live integrations, you are responsible for:
• Providing mentoring support to junior IE’s and setting best practice technical and behavioral standards
• Communicating timelines and the updating of the status of escalated tickets.
• Building customer loyalty and trust through demonstrating superior technical knowledge and efficient resolutions.
• Logging the queries into the system and coordinating their progress and resolution
• Understanding customers' workflow and providing technical solutions based on the requirements.
• Clarifying and resolving technical queries over the phone and via support tickets
• Assist in resolving customer inquiries related to Cin7’s B2B website.
• Analyzing call logs in order to discover any underlying issues or trends in terms of technical support delivery.
• Testing and evaluating new features/configurations and assisting clients with integrating these into their existing computer infrastructure.

Competencies & requirements

• Demonstrable expert knowledge of system integrations (APIs, EDI, JSON, XML, XSD, FTP, ...)
• Strong SQL skills
• A broad understanding of inventory management and the supply chain process
• Strong accuracy and results driven
• Strong resilience and prioritization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical terms in ways that non-technical people will easily understand
• Superior problem solving and resolution skills to help drive project success while supporting the customer through their new business changes
• Experience with project management is highly desirable
• The ability to identify opportunities to improve the product in ways such as automations and efficiencies
• At least one years worth of experience in an environment with EDI/3PL connections
• Several years experience in C# and .NET being able to debug, refactor and build scalable, complex, test driven code.
