The role

As a Customer Success Manager at Orah, you'll have the opportunity to work with some of the most prestigious schools in New Zealand and Australia, supporting them in achieving their goals and delivering the best possible experience. You'll be responsible for understanding our customers' and work closely with them to understand their unique needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. This will involve presenting to large groups online, so you'll need to be confident and comfortable in this setting and be flexible with your hours from time to time.

You'll get to know our platform inside and out and help our customers do the same, be responsible for driving customer onboarding and adoption, ensuring that they continue to find value in our platform and renew their contracts year after year.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a great communicator, a problem-solver with excellent multi-tasking abilities, the patience to handle tough cases, be a quick learner, passionate about helping others succeed, a genuine interest in the education sector would be a bonus and be comfortable working remotely.

Ideally, you'll have experience in a customer service OR success role, with transferrable skills that you can apply to our platform. Familiarity with the education market is a plus, as is an understanding of how CRM systems work.

Requirments

  • Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar Success role
  • Experience in SaaS or technology business essential + Technical aptitude
  • Tertiary qualified
  • Familiarity with the education market is a plus
  • Fluent in English
  • Operational skills and experience in CRM systems
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Comfortable working remotely
