What you can expect as a Business Analyst
- Experience delivering interesting technology projects
- Ability to influence stakeholder relationships and drive team performance
- Work closely with a cross-functional team, developers and testers, Product managers and business to define the requirements
- Collaborating with the team to create documentation i.e. use cases, prototypes, technical specifications
- Establish and drive business and technical requirements gathering
- Ability to facilitate workshops with the team and stakeholders
- Practice and preach agile activities to improve team’s productivity and boost morale
