About the role

We are seeking a talented Videographer/Editor to produce high-quality visual content for our platform. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing and editing footage that showcases our products, projects, and professionals. You will work closely with our content and design teams to ensure that our visual content is engaging, informative, and on brand.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop world-class video concepts, scripts, and storyboards that align with ArchiPro's brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Produce and edit compelling videos for various digital platforms.
  • Selecting appropriate music, sound effects, and visuals to enhance the overall video quality.
  • Familiarity with adding visual effects, animations, and smooth transitions to videos.
  • Adhering to project timelines and deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to organise and manage large volumes of video and photo assets effectively.
  • Ensure videos reach widest possible audience by using captions, optimising thumbnails, headlines, graphics, tags, metadata etc.
  • Maintain and organize our video assets on our server.
  • Contribute ideas for videos.
  • Photographing and editing images for website and promotional use, ensuring high quality and stylistic consistency.
  • Understanding of various video and image file formats and codecs for optimal output and delivery.
  • Analyze social media trends and stay up to date with video production trends and best practices to ensure that we are always delivering visually stunning content.
  • Assisting with other photography and videography as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of experience with photography, videography, and post-production editing.
  • Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, and Final Cut Pro
  • Adobe After Effects experience (a plus)
  • Experience planning out shoots, storyboarding, and directing.
  • Knowledge of video production and camera equipment best practices such as lighting, sound recording, camera operation, rigs, and lenses.
  • Understanding of post-production workflows, including color correction, grading, and sound editing.
  • Knowledge of video distribution best practice across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube etc.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines while working collaboratively in a close-knit team.
  • Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and resilience, adapting to constant changes.
