About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Marketing Automation Specialist who is customer obsessed and data driven. With a proven track record of success in managing marketing campaigns in HubSpot, you'll play a pivotal role across the customer lifecycle to deliver campaigns that delight our customers and foster brand loyalty.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scope, set up and manage marketing automation programs, emails, landing pages and campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Plan and schedule email campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and optimised audience targeting.
  • Champion marketing personalization and customer segmentation, as well as good list hygiene.
  • Utilising data and insight to measure and report on campaign success in relation to activation, conversion, life time value and churn metrics.
  • Ongoing tracking, analysis and reporting of email activity and conversion goals to maximise performance and deliver on objectives.
  • Share insights and recommendations with other departments and cross-functional teams for ongoing optimisation.
  • Contribute towards the development and implementation of an email contact strategy with a focus on customer experience and preferences.
  • Work within the relevant email compliance frameworks including the SPAM and privacy acts.
  • Day-to-day management and execution of the eDM program and campaign calendar.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate email marketing initiatives with broader marketing efforts.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in email marketing and customer engagement.
  • 3+ Years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, CRM marketing or similar.
  • Proven experience in executing successful email marketing campaigns and newsletter automation.
  • Strong expertise in working with HubSpot or similar email automation platforms.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design and coding.
  • Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit and resilience, adapting to constant changes.
