Wayfare Contact Centre & Reservations Consultant
Are you a confident character with Customer Service experience? Not scared of the thought of being a part of a team that responds to 400+ emails per day? Our Wayfare Queenstown Reservations team are looking for a superstar to join them in a full time permanent role!
You'll be joining a small but dynamic team that is recognised for offering great service while engaging with customers to optimise sales opportunities. As part of this role you'll be responding to telephone, webchat and email enquiries from guests and local agents about Wayfare's tours and attractions including, Real Journeys, Cardrona, International Antarctic Centre and Go Orange. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and take ownership for confirming all reservations requests in an accurate and timely manner.
To be successful within this role you will:
Ideally have previous reservations experience;
Be able to manage your time effectively and multi-task in a demanding environment;
Be a proactive communicator that is personable and professional;
Have flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and shift work;
Have the ability to anticipate guest and agents needs and optimize service and sales opportunities;
Have extremely high attention to detail, accuracy and great organisational skills.
